A great place to stop for lunch or a snack on the drive from Bathurst to Canberra. From the Pantry we purchased a bottle of an excellent locally made organic fig syrup (Rosnay from Canowindra). Excellent milkshakes too.

What a wonderful gem in Boorowa is The Pantry on Pudman. It's just off the main street and so not readily visible so its main business comes from the locals. The concept is that of shabby chic so it is very folksy. Also very comfortable to the patrons. Coffee was great. Cakes and biscuits fresh and tasty. We loved every minute of our experience in this cafe. We will be returning every time we pass through Boorowa.
Good coffee and lovely staff. Their home-made Portuguese Tarts were the real thing. It's also a curiosity shop ... In summary, It's a lovely place to relax.
The coffee was good and the gluten free caramel and walnut slice was nice too, but unfortunately the staffer at the counter could barely be bothered looking up from her phone. She also seemed irritated and rude when I returned to ask for some water. The other staff member who eventually served us seemed nice, but I probably won't be back.
